ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Gavin Kaufman. I am an artist and musician based in Bath, UK.

I really appreciate architecture and enjoy drawing my interpretation of buildings that catch my eye when I’m out and about. My eye is drawn to all sorts of structures from the grand to the everyday.

I’m currently focusing on working with fine liners and alcohol & water-based marker pens to bring my drawings to life.

Recently, I've picked up the paint brush and started venturing into the world of watercolour.

I also enjoy experimenting with digital art and have been having a lot of fun with Procreate on the iPad.

I'm currently enjoying painting pet portraits in an oil painting style.

Over the past year I have been fulfilling commissions on request. A selection of my postcards and greetings cards are available for purchase in Chichester at the Novium Museum, Oxmarket Contemporary Gallery and Kim's Bookshop.

The idea of animating my artwork keeps popping into my mind, so that is something I've

started to work on too...
